The staff provided exceptional service, arranging airport transfers and local tours, which made my business trip significantly smoother.

The lake view isn’t really a lake view!!! The rooms feel outdated, with odd decor!!! The photos on the website are misleading, presenting a nicer image than reality!!!

I stayed in the Grand Triple Room with Lake View. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfy. I loved having a nice view over the rooftops towards the lake. The shower was great too, very refreshing. It was a bit noisy at times from the street, but overall, we felt relaxed here. Also, the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Had an amazing stay! We were upgraded to a spacious family room, which was a nice surprise, and the breakfasts cooked by Hieu were absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the meal options could be limited, but overall, I would absolutely return!

Great time in the premium double room. Comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and minibar. Nice view of the city. Staff were super helpful with trip bookings and gave awesome recommendations. Spa treatments like couples massage and facials were a treat. Loved the location near the lake and old quarter vibe.
